I build reliable backend systems, APIs, and scalable software.

// about

Engineering from the backend outward

I focus on building reliable software systems from the backend outward. My primary stack is Java and Spring Boot, where I work with APIs, databases, real-time communication, and backend architecture. I also work across the frontend when needed, and continue building depth in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, distributed systems, and open-source development.

What I work on

Backend Systems

Designing APIs and services in Java and Spring Boot, with attention to correctness, security, and maintainability.

System Design

Learning to reason about scalability, data modeling, and trade-offs in real-world backend architecture.

Cloud Infrastructure

Building working knowledge of cloud deployment and infrastructure to support backend services in production.

DevOps

Practicing containerization and CI/CD workflows so software ships in a repeatable, reliable way.

Distributed Systems

Studying how services communicate, stay consistent, and remain resilient at scale.

Open Source

Contributing to public projects and building software in the open as part of the broader developer community.
